The kitchen at 11 Woodfire centers around a hand-built wood-burning oven and a forgedsteel grill. Our cooking method uses fire, smoke, wood, and blended embers to create dishes that uniquely extract the natural flavors from our hand selected seafood, prime meats, grains, and vegetables. We have the privilege of special access to the best, globally sourced ingredients.
We are committed to building strong relationships with a few select local farmers and artisans who practice responsible agriculture and production that align with our core philosophy.

The kitchen at 11Woodfire is the focal point, with wood fire workmanship and frenetic energy expressing our character. The design leads with old vintage charm to create a comfortable ambiance - warm, amiable, convivial, and familiar. The old-school brick finish, with heavy-duty iron works along with precise appointment of leather, makes a bold statement yet projects a minimalistic purity and authenticity.
An extended non-alcoholic bar design to the kitchen will extend the rhythm and design fluidity, all in full alignment and concert. All enveloped with vibrant colors and live action.

Introducing The Heritage Room at 11 Woodfire – a once-hidden gem now inviting you to discover an exclusive culinary journey. Concealed behind a vault door, this intimate five-seat space is the heart of Chef Brando’s culinary passion, where he unveils a special tasting menu inspired by his Colombian roots. Each Thursday and Friday, Chef Brando brings his heritage to life, creating dishes that tell a story of culture, love, and artistry.
